Enviroco sucks up HFS Liquid Waste
Enviroco, a Peterhead-based waste management company, has acquired Norfolk-based HFS Liquid Waste. Enviroco employs 150 personnel and generates a turnover of some £30 million.
Dan Taylor, Enviroco managing director, said, “This move heralds the start of the provision of our own industrial cleaning services in England and will add further value to the wide-ranging services that Enviroco currently offers its waste management and industrial cleaning customers.”
Anderson Anderson and Brown LLP provided financial due diligence on HFS Liquid Waste for Enviroco. The team was led by partner Robbie Gordon, who was assisted by corporate finance senior manager Eliza Bellamy and senior analyst Craig Mackie.
Gordon commented, “Our task was to provide tailored due diligence services under a compressed timescale to the Enviroco management team. We worked closely with Enviroco, to whom we have provided due diligence services in the past, and we look forward to continuing the relationship with them in the future.”
