Seal Communications buys Pure
Done deals:
- Seal Communications has boosted its marketing and design offering with the acquisition of Pure Automotive
- HH Print Management has secured £12 million from Venture Structured Finance to fund the expansion of its Surrey-based printing business
- Diverse manufacturer James Walker Group has acquired a 59 per cent stake in Devol Engineering, a plastics moulding firm
- Tindale & Stanton has been bought out of administration by a new company called Hobson Foods, securing the future of some 160 bakery jobs
- Imperial Multipart, a Chorley-based supplier of vehicle components with more than 200 staff, has undergone a £20 million management buy-out
- APB Colour Print of Bristol has gone into administration through Grant Thornton, with the loss of 22 of the 37 jobs at the printer
- Bakery Hampsons has undergone a management buy-out, saving the 230 jobs, after its holding company Lyndale Group went into administration
- Miller Graphics has acquired Corniche Fine Arts in order to increase its print offering
