Advent plans £20m AIM flight
Mid-November should mark the AIM debut of Australian regional airline operator Advent, which is being prepped for float by adviser Beaumont Cornish and broker King & Shaxson Capital.
Advent’s Skywest subsidiary operates services to destinations across Western and Northern Australia and Indonesia. Last year to June 2005, Skywest carried 335,514 passengers in total, up 50 per cent from 2004.
Access to AIM will help Advent grow organically and by acquisition.
Advent will fly to market with a £1.5 million funding, giving a market value of £20 million.
