• Vodafone has completed the £483 million acquisition of 70 per cent of Ghana Telecom

• Traffic management systems provider Ipanema Technologies has received a 7 million (£5.5 million) investment from Noble Ventures

• Privately-owned software company IRIS has acquired 5 Start Computer Systems, a reseller and partner of the financial management system for mid-sized organisations, IRIS Exchequer

• Managed Support Services has sold its investment property in Manchester for £1.3 million

• Bembrose Group, the holding company of printing services company BembroseBooth, has been sold to an affiliate of American Industrial Acquisition for an undisclosed amount. BembroseBooth employs nearly 600 people at sites in Derby, Hull and Teeside

• Auchen Castle Hotel in Dumfries and Galloway has been bought by Hertfordshire-based PAG Hotels for £3 million

• Ogilvy, a marketing communications company, has acquired a 50 per cent stake in Yunes, an Argentinean activation agency, for an undisclosed amount

• Dayumpress, a pre-press specialist company, has been acquired in a management buy-out. The terms were undisclosed

In the pipeline

• Australia-based Primary Healthcare has agreed to sell its pharmacy unit to Zuelling Group for $439 million (£236.3 million)

• Aggreko, an air conditioning company, has agreed to buy Canadian firm Power Plus Rentals and Sales for £19.5 million

• Brinker International has agreed to sell a majority stake in restaurant chain Romano’s Macaroni Grill to an affiliate of private equity firm Golden Gate Capital for $131.5 million (£70.9 million)

For your infomation the Vodaphone deal is in Ghana! And Ghana is Not Nigeria. They are two separate and different countries. Francis
