Done deals:

Dundee Sound Control music shop has been bought in a management buy-out and renamed Kenny’s Music

Aseana Properties, an Asia–focused property developer, has purchased a minority stake in Ho Chi Min private developer Nam Long Investment Corporation for some $18 million (£9.1 million)

Distribution and outsourcing group Bunzl Plc has acquired A&E Russell, a supplier of personal protection equipment accessories

French digital data and internet security company Risc Group has bought online backup and data storage company Clunk Click for £2.5 million


Deals in the pipeline:


Danoptra, a gaming machine supplier and a leisure facilities operator, has agreed to purchase the pub machine business of Inspired Gaming Group Plc

Aldgate Capital Plc is to acquire H.J.M Caterers for £25 million to undertake its stated strategy of acquiring in the low stake-high volume gaming market in the UK and Europe. Aldgate Capital, to be renamed Praesepe Plc, is also to raise £16.7 million through a placing on AIM to fund the acquisition

Nonlife insurance company Cobra Plc is in takeover talks, with Giles Insurance reportedly a possible suitor
