CareTech buys Valeo for £15.3m
Done deals:
- CareTech plc, a provider of learning disability care services, has bought its competitor Valeo for up to £15.3 million
Deals in the pipeline:
- STM Group plc, a Manx cross border financial services provider, is set to acquire Jersey-based St George Financial Services and its associated companies, for up to £600,000 in cash and shares
- Swedish investor Peter Gyllenhammar has increased his stake in fibres and coating firm Chapelthorpe plc to 15.7 per cent. The business is valued at £4.64 million
