CMD’s £13m MBO
Done deals:
- CMD, a cable systems manager to commercial offices, has undergone a management buy-out for some £13 million, backed by the Royal Bank of Scotland
- Medical property construction and management firm Ashley House plc has bought majority interests in seven NHS Local Improvement Finance Trust franchises
Deals in the pipeline:
- The management at printing company Communisis has agreed to buy its non-core operations comprising Bath Business Forms and Economailer for £12.8 million
- Meridian Petroleum plc, the US-focused oil and gas producer, has agreed to purchase East Lake Verret Field in South Louisiana, comprising oil and gas wells and related infrastructure, for $9.8 million (£5 million)
- Expro International Group plc, an oil and gas equipment and services provider, has agreed to acquire the oil and gas metering business of CiDRA Corporation, based in Connecticut
