• Orthopaedic products manufacturer Promedics has been bought by its management, who are set to move the company from Lancashire to Port Glasgow

• Gaming and gambling firm NetPlay TV plc has bought online gambling company Bingos.com

• Petards Group plc, a security and surveillance services company, is looking to sell all or part of the business or seek a refinancing

• Melrose plc is set to acquire the remainder of FKI plc, as it looks to increase its portfolio of specialist engineering products
