Done deals:

Online risk assessment provider Risksmart has been bought by its management from its parent firm Wyatt Group plc for a nominal £1 and debts of up to £70,000

CM Parker Browne, a construction and property consultant has acquired Ottley Morrison in order to bolster its services

The founding brothers behind Paramount Windows have bought Budget and Pennine out of administration, consolidating their new window supply business, after forming Norham House

The management at car park refurbishment firm Makers Parking has bought the company

Skoda has acquired a car dealership for £2.5 million and is looking to launch 20 self-owned dealerships

Pet products supplier Caldex has undergone a management buy-in backed by co-operative bank

Deals in the pipeline:

Specialised chemicals supplier Ineos is set to acquire Kerling, a Norwegian PVC manufacturer with a site in Durham, for £500 million

Dutch firm Agresso is set to increase its offering with the acquisition financial management software firm Coda for £158 million

Builder and renovator firm Sanderdale is to go into administration

Gardiner & Theobald is set to acquire fellow construction consultancy TP Associates
