Azelis Plastics UK has acquired two Swiss companies, Heinz Schlegel and Meister, for an undisclosed sum.

Mouchel Park has acquired HBS for £46.2 million, adding to its professional support and IT services portfolio

Entrepreneur Lawrence Wosskow has bought back the Out of Town restaurants chain he sold for £25 million almost five years ago

Ramage Distribution has tripled its annual turnover after buying UFD out of administration for an undisclosed amount, adding to its logistics operations

Biotechnology company Northwest Biotherapeutics has placed £15 million of shares in an AIM IPO

Natural resource investment and management firm Strategic Natural Resources has raised £3 million with an admission on AIM, with HB Corporate acting as adviser

White Young Green has added to its engineering transport consultancy with the purchase of Savell Bird and Axon for £22 million
