• National insurance broker and financial services group Smart & Cook has acquired care specialist BA Insurance Group in its 53^rd acquisition for undisclosed terms

• Irish wealth management firm Jaguar Capital’s London Thames Court offices have been acquired for £183 million by an unknown purchaser
