• Moberg Derma, a Swedish developer of patented medical products for skin disorders, has acquired two pharmaceutical projects in pre-clinical phase from Zelmic also based in Sweden. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

• OmPrompt, the messaging connectivity company, has secured £1 million from existing investor Shackleton Ventures. Read more

• Nova Capital Management, an acquirer of private equity portfolios, has sold NotifyMD, its fifth and final portfolio investment from the Atlantic Medical Capital Fund, generating 3.1 times gross fund return and a gross IRR of almost 54 per cent.
