Human Recognition's £2 million investment
Capital Values Group has invested £2 million in Human Recognition Systems (HRS) to help fund the expansion of its Liverpool-based biometrics business.
Established in 2002, HRS is a privately-held UK company specialising in developing and delivering solutions that identify people and their behaviours.
Brabners Chaffe Street acted as legal counsel to HRS and its existing shareholders.
Andrew O’Mahony and Nik White, partners in the corporate and commercial departments, led the advisory. O’Mahony commented: “We were delighted to advise Human Recognition Systems on this investment which provides additional funding to the company to enable it to continue with its expansion. We wish the company every success moving forward and look forward to participating in its expansion plans.”
