IMS MAXIMS plc, an AIM-listed healthcare provider, has expanded its clinical systems portfolio with the purchase of Preview Health from CIS Healthcare for £250,000 cash.

Preview Health, provider of the preView health solution to the UK market, has annual revenue of £121,513.

For more than 16 years, IMS MAXIMS has been a supplier of healthcare information systems to the UK and Irish markets, specialising in the development and implementation of clinically-oriented business offerings. It boasts operational systems in acute Electronic Patient Records, cradle-to-grave Electronic Health Records, and in-depth National Service Framework information support. MAXIMS Clinical provides a consolidated view of all relevant patient data for the healthcare professional.
