Capita division makes acquisition
Capita Children’s Services (CCS), which supplies local authorities with systems to manage children’s data, has acquired CPFR Solutions for an undisclosed sum.
CPFR provides recording and assessment systems for public sector childcare services. Its founding shareholders will stay with the business.
Sean Massey, a director at CCS – a subsidiary of The Capita Group plc – said: “The Government has made it clear that social care practitioners must have access to all relevant data on children if the life experiences of some of the most vulnerable members of our community are to be improved.”
