Hermes Private Equity buys care group
Hermes Private Equity has bought Independent Living Group, which provides residential care for adults with severe and profound learning disabilities in the Southeast of England.
The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed but it was backed by HBOS.
Independent Living owns 43 freehold homes in Kent, East and West Sussex and Hampshire housing 284 registered beds.
