Milton Keynes-based IFA consolidator Perspective Financial Group has acquired Cheshire-based Multiplex Financial Trustees for an undisclosed sum.

Cheshire-based Multiplex offers three specialist services, health cover, pension planning and wealth management services. The acquisition is likely to bring Perspective's funds under management to £500 million, with a turnover of £8.3 million. Multiplex will continue to trade under its current name.

Damian Keeling, managing director of Perspective, said: “With seven firms now under the Perspective umbrella we continue to build a group which has quality of advice and financial strength at the heart of the business.”
