MAMA Group plc, a marketing, music venue and artist management outfit, is set to purchase Luminar Liquid’s entertainment venue The Gig, for £3.6 million

Oil and gas producer Afren plc has agreed to acquire Oklahoma City-based Devon Energy Corporation’s oil and gas operations in the Ivory Coast, for $205 million (£102.6 million)
