• Industrial safety products supplier Latchways plc has acquired a Slovenia-based guardrail systems supplier, Sigma 6, for €1.6 million (£1.3 million)

• Quayle Munro Holdings plc has bought rival corporate financial adviser van Tulleken for £6.1 million

• SMR Marine has purchased Transmarine Chandlery to create an enlarged boating and related products supplier
