Sophos buys Endforce
IT security specialist Sophos has strengthened its portfolio of services after it bought security policy compliance software developer Endforce for an undisclosed sum.
The acquired company also provides network access control software for multi-national corporations, which Sophos will integrate into its endpoint security systems.
Endforce’s other products will be developed and sold under the Sophos brand and the business will continue to operate from its Ohio site.
The acquirer was advised on the legal issues of the deal by GTC Law Group LLP, led by partners Sean Belanga and Lisa Trainor, who were supported by Anthony Decicco and Michael Webber.
Belanga said the firm analysed Endforce’s products and evaluated the integration of those products into Sophos’ business.
