Claimar Care completes double deal
Claimar Care Group plc, a domiciliary care services provider to local authorities, has bought two companies from the same vendor for a combined sum that could be as much as £1.64 million.
The group, which provides its service throughout the Midlands and the Northwest, has added Surecare Community Services and First Call Community Systems to its portfolio.
Both deals were funded in cash with £1.29 million, which was paid on completion, with up to £350,000 due subject to performance.
These are the fifth and sixth acquisitions made by Claimar since it joined AIM last January.
The financial due diligence was managed by Mazars’ Birmingham office, led by Paul Lucas.
