UBM thinks service
United Business Media plc (UBM) has acquired Think Service of Colorado on behalf of UBM media and marketing company, CMP Technology. An initial cash consideration of $24.5 million (£12.5 million), with a further performance-related consideration of up to $5 million (£2.6 million), payable over the next 12 months.
CMP Technology forms part of the business-to-business publications, events, online media and business information arm of UBM, serving the technology industry. The acquisition of Think Service will complement CMP Technology’s existing International Customer Management Institute (ICMI) business, which focuses on call centre consulting, membership, certification & training and events.
