Done deals:

Logistics management firm Wincanton plc has bought Hanbury Davies in a bid to bolster its services, for up to some £27.5 million

Blue Sky Resorts, a caravan park operator and caravan supplier, has increased its offering with the £1.6 million purchase of Springhouse Caravan Park

2sms, a mobile phone messaging services provider, has secured an investment of £450,000 from entrepreneur Richard Goldstein and venture capitalist The Capital Fund

FDTEK, a data management firm to the commercial vehicle inspection and maintenance industry, has raised £500,000, including £330,000 from venture capitalist Capital Venture Managers

Accountancy firm PayStream has increased its offering with the acquisition of umbrella fund services provider Mimax Mosaic

The OyezStraker Group has acquired stationary and office furniture supplier Business Evolution Group plc in a bid to strengthen its offering

Deals in the pipeline:

Real estate firm In House Group plc is set to increase its property portfolio with the acquisition of a residential property for £600,000
