Modus' £16 million MBO
Modus group, a supplier of office facilities and interior design, has been bought by its management in a £16 million deal.
The management were financed by Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), led by the head of construction at RBS Major Corporate Banking, Richard Roach, who said:
“The Royal Bank of Scotland has structured a funding package for the MBO of Modus Group, a multi-disciplinary organisation providing a complete range of services for the creation and support of effective business environments and complex technical facilities.
“The team of Richard Roach, Nigel Goddard and Graham Teppett moved quickly to complete the deal, providing Modus Group with terms for both a standard debt structure and what we believed was a more applicable structure incorporating a revolving credit facility.”
