Northern Bear goes roofing
Northern Bear, the building services group, has acquired Leeds-based roofing contractor
The acquisition constitutes the entire share capital of Jennings Properties together with its subsidiary Jennings Roofing, the commercial and residential roofing specialist, and is to be satisfied by £3.23 million cash and the issue of more than one million ordinary shares.
