TradeDoubler buys IMW for £56 million
Digital marketing company TradeDoubler has become one of the largest in its industry across Europe after buying IMW (Interactive Marketing Works) for £56 million.
The acquired business comprises search engine marketing company The Search Works and The Technology Works, a search engine technology specialist.
TradeDoubler received financial advice from Keystone Advisers, led by partners Tobias Wikström and Anders Nilsson.
Wikström said the firm has advised TradeDoubler on several previous transactions and projects.
“Keystone Advisers was responsible for financial analysis of the target company and evaluating the post-transaction business case,” he added. “The firm was also involved in developing management and board presentations, negotiations along with the legal advisers as well as developing the communication to the financial markets.”
