Management buys Cubiks
HR consultancy group Cubiks is now under the full control of its management and employees after they completed the buy-out they initiated three years ago.
This latest transaction involved the buy-back and redemption of the remaining Cubiks shares held by former parent company PA Consulting Group.
The deal, which was backed by Bank of Scotland Corporate, completes Cubiks’ move towards independence which began with the partial management buy-out of the business in 2004.
Cubiks was advised by Laytons Solicitors, which was led by partner Neale Andrews and assistant Andrew Bayles.
The group was established by PA in 2000 and today has operations in nine European countries and five distribution operations in the Asia/Pacific region.
