New team buys Willenhall Tube & Forging
Willenhall Tube & Forging, a metal fabricator and tube manipulator, has been bought by a new management team that has more than 70 years experience in the industry.
Peter Fellows and Graham Barrows plan to target new markets after buying the business from its family owners for an undisclosed sum.
Fellows and Barrows were advised throughout the transaction by Johnathan Dudley, a partner at accountant Horwath Clark Whitehill LLP.
Dudley said the firm had to structure the deal outside the usual parameters. “The buy-in team has a strong view of how it intends to develop the business for the benefit of the local workforce. This was a real team effort with everyone involved working in partnership to achieve a common goal,” he added.
