ISS expands UK business
ISS UK, a facility services provider, has bought Adviance Technical Solutions, a mechanical and electrical maintenance services specialist, for an undisclosed sum.
Adviance, which provides its services to the commercial and industrial sectors, generates revenues of more than £18 million each year through serving blue chip companies.
ISS, the UK branch of a Danish group, has an annual turnover of £550 million and 38,500 employees.
The acquirer was advised by Pinsent Masons with Blake Lapthorn Tarlo Lyons assisting Adviance.
