Founder sells Baggaley & Jenkins
Building contractor Baggaley & Jenkins Ltd has been acquired in a multi-million pound management buy-out from founder Les Jenkins. The deal was led by managing director Stuart Caddy.
Hewitt Card acted as accountant and tax adviser to the purchaser and management team. It was led by Rodger Card with assistance from senior manager James Card and tax manager Shirley Reap. The firm has acted for Mansfield-based Baggaley & Jenkins for the last eight years.
Rodger Card said: “The fact that this complex project was satisfactorily completed on time is a testament to the capabilities and determination of the management team. We are confident that the company will continue to be successful and go from strength to strength.”
