NCC acquires Site Confidence
NCC Group plc, a software testing specialist and consultancy, has bought online assurance performance and monitoring company Site Confidence.
The deal could be worth as much as £9.1 million, with £4.5 million paid on completion and further payments due depending on the performance of the acquired company.
Dorking-based Site Confidence provides customers with independent technical information on the performance of their websites to prevent slowdowns. The company, which includes Norwich Union and Marks & Spencer among its clients, will become part of NCC’s testing assurance division.
