Iris acquires ATW
Accounting software giant Iris has acquired reseller ATW Information Technology Systems for an undisclosed sum.
Sussex-based ATW will join Iris's Accounting & Business Solutions division as the deal is part of its strategy to deliver business benefits through its products and people.
Stuart Dawson, Iris Accounting & Business Solutions MD, said: “ATW is a valuable addition to the portfolio bringing significant expertise and knowledge of the IT and accounting requirements of medium-sized businesses. We know the team extremely well as ATW has been a leading reseller and business partner since 2002. We will continue to work closely with ATW’s sister business Bright Matter which specialises in web design and marketing.”
The Accounting & Business Solutions division is based in Bournemouth, has revenues of some £120 million and serves more than 60,000 UK businesses.
