  • Broxap, a Staffordshire-based street furniture maker, has expanded its product range through the acquisition of BollardTech. The financial terms have not been revealed 

  • Business-to-business publisher William Reed has paid an undisclosed amount for Kent-based drinks industry magazine publisher Harpers 

  • GEA Process Engineering of Denmark has rescued powder packaging specialist ADG Packaging Systems from administration after buying the company for an undisclosed sum 
  • The management team of London-based fashion brand Duffer of St George has bought the company from its administrator 

  • Moto Hospitality has bought a motorway service site in Winchester from Roadchef for an undisclosed sum

  • Accessories 4 Technology, a video gaming products supplier for the Wii and PlayStation consoles, is set for expansion after raising £4 million from Royal Bank of Scotland 

  • E Insurance, a subsidiary of Brightside, has agreed to buy the policy book and the new business and renewal rights of the eVan insurance brand from Southern Rock Insurance. The deal will cost an initial £3.3 million in cash and is expected to close next week 

  • Associated British Foods Plc, an international food, ingredients and retail group, is to add Spanish sugar supplier Azucarera to its business after agreeing what has been reported to be a £326 million deal with Ebro Puleva
