Done deals:

Eve Trakway, a provider of roadways for cranes and truck-mounted lifts, has bought temporary structures specialist Fluid Events Interiors for an undisclosed sum
Swaziland-based hydraulics manufacturer Peterstow has bought Leicestershire engineering company Dudley Associates. The financial terms have been released
NCC Group Plc, an IT assurance, security and consultancy, has added Next Generation Security Software to its portfolio as part of its plans to develop its operations. The value of the deal could rise to as much as £10 million and will be settled in cash
The Junction Fund Property, which names asset manager Capital & Regional among its shareholders, is to reduce its debt after selling St Georges Retail Park in Leicester to JP Morgan and Kirkstone for £32 million

Acal Plc, an electronics components distributor, has agreed to acquire 75 per cent of Service Source Europe, a provider of parts to the IT industry, from individual shareholders for £1.85 million in a bid to enhance its business
IT services group Xpolite is ready to spent £3 million on buying four managed-services businesses from Catono Plc. The deal is expected to close in December if shareholders approve the deal
Home Retail Group, a general merchandise retailer, has signed a contact to buy certain rights to the Alba and Bush trademarks from Alba Plc for £15.25 million in cash
