• Europe’s leading fresh produce company Total Produce plc based in Dundalk, Ireland has acquired 92% of Dublin-based health food distributor Wholefoods Wholesale for an undisclosed sum

• Speedy Hire has acquired Waterford Hire Services for up to £4.4 million, adding to the UK’s leading tool and equipment hire firm
