Intellistream raises £380,000
Intellistream, a developer of interactive software for mobile devices, has secured £380,000 of seed funding from a consortium of investors.
The funding round was led by London Technology Fund, the capital city’s specialist investor in new technology companies, and included investment from business angels.
Intellistream will use the proceeds to develop and bring its products to market and will be appointing a chief executive and finance director to its board.
The company was advised by Pritchard Englefield, led by corporate partner Nick Roche, who was assisted by Laura Middleton-Guerard and members of the firm’s intellectual property team.
Intellistream’s Unistream product is an advanced, easy-to-use interactive 3G video system that can be managed on a per-channel basis.
