Management buys care home operator
Pembrokeshire Care, a home care operator based in Haverfordwest, has undergone a management buy-out.
The company works closely with Pembrokeshire County Council to provide home support to a wide range of service users across the county and is the largest provider of private domiciliary care in Haverfordwest. It also works in conjunction with the health authorities, The Alzheimer’s Society and private customers.
Bevan and Buckland was lead adviser to the MBO team. Managing partner Cuan O’Shea led the advisory team assisted by Richard Morgan. Tax work was undertaken by partner Jeannette McLellan. The deal was introduced to the firm by the outgoing accountant who was advising the vendors.
“Pembrokeshire Care has excellent prospects with the new management team being very able and experienced in the care sector,” Cuan O’Shea commented.
