Travelzest buys opera holiday firm
Specialist travel group Travelzest plc has bought opera holiday company JMB Travel Consultants for £700,000 in cash.
Travelzest was supported throughout the transaction by Capital Law, with Joelson Wilson handling the financial aspects of the deal.
Capital Law’s team was led by Nicola McNeely, a partner in its corporate and commercial team, who said the firm has acted for the group for some time and worked on its recent acquisition of Captivating Cuba.
“JMB is an interesting addition to the Travelzest group,” she added. “It bucks the seasonality trend of most holiday companies and has lots of potential for growth within Travelzest.”
JMB offers short breaks, longer holidays and escorted tours to more than 40 cities, including Verona, Budapest, Madrid, New York, Prague, Rome and Vienna.
