Broca plc, a provider of SMS messaging technology, has listed on AIM. It placed 30 million shares at 52p each, giving the company a market capitalisation of £15.7 million. Its market capitalisation is now £30 million.

The move follows the demerger of Broca Communications from 2ergo Group plc. Broca is the new holding company of Broca Communications.

Broca’s managing director Ian Price said: “We are experiencing a strong level of enquiries from sectors as varied as mobile banking, gambling and market research.”
