Swedish wastewater company ITT Water & Wastewater has purchased Ireland-based pump rental firm Arrow Rentals and Rockhopper Exploration has raised £3.8 million through Landsbanki Securities.

Done deals:

Oil and gas producer Rockhopper Exploration plc has placed 3.78 million shares at 101 pence each through Landsbanki Securities, raising £3.8 million before expenses

Chromex Mining plc, a chrome mining company, has acquired the remaining 49 per cent of Ilitha Mining from Hernic Ferrochrome, for ZAR 45 million (£3 million)

A consortium of investors, led by entrepreneur Stan Thomas, has bought van supplier Vans Direct (Source: icwales.co.uk)
