In today’s headlines building products supplier Everwhite has been bought out of administration by its management and BAE Systems is to buy South African firm IST Dynamics.

Done deals:

Cloud Electronics has undergone a management buy-out led by managing director Simon Curtis. Royal Bank of Scotland provided senior debt and mezzanine funding (Source: Yorkshire Post)

Dublin-based building products group CRH plc has acquired Ancon Building Products in Sheffield from its US parent, Tyco International, for £88 million
