COMMENT
New Zealand-based data storage technology services firm Connexion Point has consolidated its foothold in the EU by buying the European operations of Anacomp Multi Vendor Services from US tech giant Anacomp, in an undisclosed deal co-ordinated by a legal team in the Midlands.
A team of lawyers from across Europe and the US, led by Harvey Ingram partner and corporate specialist John Stobart, worked around the clock to complete the negotiations.
