International law firm Pinsent Masons LLP has advised the management of CompAir Holdings on the sale of the company to Gardner Denver, Inc placing a total enterprise value on the business of £197.5 million.
Gardner Denver, Inc. is a US based leading global manufacturer of highly engineered reciprocating, rotary and vane compressors, liquid ring pumps and blowers for various industrial and transportation applications, pumps used in the petroleum and industrial markets, and other fluid transfer equipment serving chemical, petroleum, and food industries. The products are used for applications in virtually every market sector, ranging from industrial movement, to environmental processes, to healthcare applications and energy production.
