COMMENT
Signature Flight Support has acquired Southern Aero Services, which wholly owns Interflight Executive Aircraft Services, the sole source provider of FBO services at London Gatwick Airport in the UK. The initial consideration for the transaction was £4.5 million on a debt and cash free basis.
