Osborne Clarke has advised Iceni Capital on a management buyout of UK lift contractor Apollo Lifts Holdings Limited (Apollo). Osborne Clarke also advised the investment vehicle which acquired Apollo.
Iceni Capital was the lead investor in a transaction that involved three of Apollo's management shareholders.
