Company Profile
Elara Advisors Limited is a London based, international M&A advisory house with offices in London, India, and Singapore. We are cross-border specialists focused primarily on Indian corporates looking to acquire abroad, as well as for Western companies looking to invest into India. In addition, we have a domestic India business, which also includes Private Equity Syndication for domestic growth and venture companies.
We have an impressive track record and feel that for mid-market, cross-border M&A transactions, our expertise, network, and knowledge of the Indian corporate community is unrivalled. While we are generalist in nature, we tend to concentrate on transactions in the manufacturing, industrial, media, pharamaceutical, and BPI/ITES space. Elara Advisors is the advisory arm of Elara Capital Plc - a full service investment bank, also focused on India, for equity and debt fund-raising across all instruments, including an Asset Management Business and broking.
